Breakfast is prepared from scratch each morning and features freshly squeezed orange juice, seasonal fruits, yogurt, local goat cheese and honey, olives, eggs, homemade Moroccan breads, jams, coffee and tea. The olives and olive oil come direct from the Zalagh mountains surrounding Fez, and the olive oil is stone pressed by hand – perfect for dipping with bread. All meals will be delicious, flavorful, fresh and healthy. Vegetarian / Vegan and non-vegetarian options will be offered. So that maximum enjoyment and benefits of the retreat can be experienced by all, we encourage mindful moderation with regards to alcohol consumption and invite you to explore the process and pleasure of partaking within the context of the cultural experience.
